PREGNANCY YOGA WITH VICTORIA MAW

Pre-natal yoga is empowering and enables women to feel prepared and confident about their pregnancy and labour. Practicing yoga in pregnancy can also keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby.

In this class, as well as going through yoga flow sequences, we’ll also cover pregnancy pranayama – breathing techniques that you can use in pregnancy, in labour and in the postnatal period. Each class will finish with a lovely relaxation – a great way to go into the rest of your weekend.

The class is suitable for all pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. Do contact me if you have any questions or would like to know more
