Kundalini Yoga – Introduction course

Kundalini Yoga has finally arrived in Shropshire after more than 50 years of being practised by many for its benefits, throughout the western world, after emerging from its ancient origins in India.  
Through the interrelationship of breathing, mantras, exercise and meditation, Kundalini Yoga helps create a healthy, happy and holy life for all ages and abilities in an accepting and safe environment. The course will offer insights into the vast aspects of this inspirational yoga.
Kundalini yoga cleanses effectively the whole body and restores the flow in the finer delicate energy channels. The flow of the subtle energy produced by vibrations reconnects you to your inner self, helps you to embrace life more fully and feel at ease with your existence. It is like an entire reset for the total being from chaos to purity, calm and unlimited vital energy.
So let’s get started - experience the bliss of your inner fire as you being set alight through the rising of the Kundalini.

Pre-natal yoga is empowering and enables women to feel prepared and confident about their pregnancy and labour. Practicing yoga in pregnancy can also keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby.

In this class, as well as going through yoga flow sequences, we’ll also cover pregnancy pranayama – breathing techniques that you can use in pregnancy, in labour and in the postnatal period. Each class will finish with a lovely relaxation – a great way to go into the rest of your weekend.

The class is suitable for all pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. Do contact me if you have any questions or would like to know more

'Mum and baby yoga classes to aid healing, recovery and bonding. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old to pre-mobile mobile. Mums must have had their 6 week post natal check up.
