Our next six week Meditation course will now be in September (2019)

In the meantime why not come along to our fortnightly drop-in class 
(every other Saturday 11.00am - 12.30).
Meditation can lead to greater freedom, happiness 
and insight into the nature of human consciousness. 
Regular meditation will change your mind!

Our next six week  Buddhism course starts on Wednesday 22nd May (2019) 
7.30-9.30pm (with a tea break), exploring the path of ethics, meditation and wisdom, and what it means to be a Buddhist in the 21st century.
